FAQs
What's the Dress Code?
We kindly request that our guests dress in smart attire suitable for a daytime wedding celebration.
For gentlemen, this could include lounge suits. However, if you prefer to wear a morning suit like Matt and the groomsmen will be, you are more than welcome to do so.
For ladies, please avoid wearing burgundy (or white) lest you be mistaken for one of Sophia's hard-working bridesmaids! A smart dress below the knee or longer with shoulders covered during the church ceremony would be perfect. Hats are welcome but not essential.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with us.
When will the food be? How hungry should I be on arrival at the cathedral?
The service at Arundel Cathedral will be a Catholic service (read: long) so it is best that you come having had a substantial breakfast! There will be canapes in the afternoon followed by a sit-down meal in the late afternoon.
